If you wish to purchase an article you will go through four simple steps in the order process:

1. Add product to your shopping basket

If you want buy an article, click on the Shopping basket so that the product is added to the Shopping basket. Then you can simply continue shopping. When your total order is ready, return to the shopping basket to continue to payment. Upon further reflection, have you decided not to purchase a particular item? Remove the product from the Shopping basket by clicking on the Waste bin.

2. Enter information

After you have added the product to the shopping basket, you should complete the information. If you previously placed an order, you can simply login via your account. Your information is then retrieved from your account, so that you only have to check if your information is correct. If something is not right, you can change it very easily.

3. Paying securely

After you have entered all your information, choose your payment method. We offer different payment methods per country, including MB and credit card.

4. Order completed

Your order has now been placed. In a clear summary you can see all the information listed. You can now also follow the status of your order.

Once you have placed your order we do our utmost to process it as quickly as possible and to dispatch it to you. Changing or cancelling your order is unfortunately not possible. If, upon reflection, you should not want to receive the order, you should return it upon receipt.


Rosebonbon’s online payment options vary per country. From Portugal you can pay for your purchases by MB, paypal and Credit card (Visa and MasterCard).

Your transactions take place with a secure SSL connection. This connection (shown by the yellow padlock at the bottom right of the screen) guarantees a secure transaction with your bank. This form of encryption prevents hackers from using your information.
Your bank will connect to a SSL connection during payment whereby the pictogram (yellow padlock) disappears. The same secure SSL connection is however still present.

Payments from abroad are also done on a secure SSL connection.
Your credit card number is used once-off for payment of your order and is not saved. Rosebonbon can therefore not use your payment information a second time.


The prices displayed on our products do not include shipment.

You will be redirected to our partner site Toranja after you have purchased all of our products (except our handmade designer dolls, which come directly from us). Please read their terms and conditions carefully before completing your purchase.

These timings include production, preparation and expedition of your purchase.

All of our products will be shipped through a personalized delivery services that guaranty the coverage of all nationwide territory and the expected delivery dates.

In case you are not home at the time of the delivery, you shall be contacted by phone or by an invoice left in your mailbox , with another possible delivery date.

Rosebonbon and our partners inform that any mistake for the given delivery address is the clients’ responsibility, such as is accepting any given delivery.

NOTE: Please make sure all of your details and the delivery address are perfectly correct before finishing your purchase. Whenever possible, please provide us with a working phone number at which we can contact you in case nobody is home at the time of the delivery. Without it, it will be impossible to deliver your happy purchase! 😉

Returns and Refunds

You have 30 days to change your mind on all your purchases from Rosebonbon. So if for some reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it to Rosebonbon within 30 days. Please note that returns after 30 days will not be accepted and we will not send the items back to you at our costs.

Ensure that your articles are in their original packaging, including labels and stickers, as you received them. This packaging contains stickers with information important for Rosebonbon to process your return properly.

Please put a copy of the proof of purchase and your name, phone and address in the return package, so we know who the package is from.

Please ensure that the item you are returning isn’t damaged in transit or show any sign of usage. Should this be the case, you will be liable for the deterioration in the product value.

Always ensure that you keep your proof of shipment safe so that you can track the status of your return accordingly.

Once we have received your returned item (s) we will process it as quickly as possible and return the amount to your account. We will only pay back the money to the card you used when purchasing the goods, in order to eliminate the risk of fraud.

Security & Privacy

Data Protection Act
Rosebonbon adheres to the Data Protection Act (WBP). This means that all your information will be recorded confidentially and protected on a secure server. The Personal Data Authority personally checks that your personal information is used carefully and that your privacy is also guaranteed in the future.

Right to inspection and correction
You can request access to your information from Pip Studio at any time. You can also request that your personal information be amended, supplemented, removed or screened off if incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant.

What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files or techniques with which information is placed on your computer when visiting our website. Both Rosebonbon and other parties can place cookies. Cookies are not used to retrieve private information from your device or to capture passwords.

Why are there cookies?
By using cookies Rosebonbon ensures that you do not have to repeatedly receive or enter the same information when visiting our website. By using cookies we make it easier for you to surf our website.

You do not want cookies?
If you do not want websites to place cookies on your computer you can adjust your browser settings so that you get a warning before cookies are placed. If you do not want to use cookies we cannot guarantee that our website will work optimally on your computer. Some functions of the website could be lost or you cannot see them at all. Furthermore, when refusing cookies, the advertisements that you see on the websites are no longer directed at your own interests.

Your agreement with Rosbonbon
Rosebonbon is entitled to refuse an order, but also to attach special conditions to the order. If Rosebonbon is unable to determine your home address your order will not be accepted. The agreement takes effect the moment that Rosebonbon confirms your order by email.

Prices and costs
The prices on rosebonbon.pt exclude order and shipping costs. The order and shipping costs, charged with every order, within Portugal, amount to €4.95. Other rates apply outside of POrtugal. For more information see Delivery.

Import and custom expenses
The import and custom expenses will be calculated the moment that the order enters the country of destination. These costs must be paid by the recipient of the package. Rosebonbon has no control over these costs and cannot indicate how high these costs will be beforehand, since they vary by country.
If you are in doubt contact your local customs office prior to ordering so that there are no surprises when your package is delivered.

Rosebonbon ships accepted orders as soon as possible. Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after payment has been received, if all articles are in stock. If a delivery cannot be carried out, or not in time (for example because the ordered articles are not in stock), you will be informed of this within 14 days after your order. Rose bonbon is not liable for damages resulting from exceeding the announced delivery times.

Not home upon delivery
If your order has been presented twice by DHL (DPD for France) and then was not collected at the post office/depot, it will be returned to Rosebonbon. If DHL (DPD for France) has to present the package again, there will be extra costs involved. These costs will be charged to the recipient. As soon as the payment for this has been received, the order will be presented for the third time. If you no longer wish to receive your order, the total amount (excluding the shipping costs) will be returned to you.

Rejected order
If your order is rejected at the provided delivery address, the order will be returned to Rosbeonbon. We can send your order again, but you will be charged delivery costs for this. If you decide to no longer receive your order, the total amount (excluding the shipping costs) will be returned to you.

Delivery of delayed articles
Sometimes an article is not in stock. Because of this your order will be sent only once the article is in stock. We will inform you of this by email. When ordering multiple articles it may be that only one part of the order is in stock. In that case we may send multiple shipments of your order. Of course, Rosebonbon will bear any additional shipping costs.

Packing slip
A packing slip is included with every shipment. Among other things, the packing slip shows articles that have been delivered and their prices. It also has the return label which you include with a return shipment.

With all purchases you have a term of approval of 30 days. In this period you have a right of withdrawal. This means that you have the option of returning the articles that you have received. The articles should be returned in the original packaging and in an unused state. After receipt of the return, Rosebonbon will return the amount to you. The costs of the return shall be at own account.

If you receive an incorrect article, a flawed article or an incorrectly delivered order, you should return the order to Rosebonbon, unused, within 7 days. In that case Rosebonbon will pay the return costs. If it involves an order with a flaw Rosebonbon will replace it and return it cost-free.

Transport guarantee
All shipments sent by Rosebonbon, are insured by Rose bonbon and our partners. If you notice transport damage to your package before opening, contact Rosebonbon right away at info@rosebonbon.pt If you notice the damage only after you have opened the packages, contact Rosebonbon within seven days. Unused damaged articles are replaced by Rosebonbon, free of charge. If you contact us about the damaged articles only after seven days, we will unfortunately not be able to replace the damaged articles free of charge.

Age limit
Rosebonbon will not accept orders from persons younger than 18 without consent of parents and/or care givers. Consent can be given during checkout of your shopping cart.

If you place an order on rosebonbon.pt, you give Rosebonbon consent to use your personal information. Your information will be stored only insofar as it is necessary to achieve the purposes for which the personal information is acquired and processed by Rosebonbon.
In addition to implementing the agreement, it is understood it is for achieving marketing objectives and maintaining the customer relationship with you. The personal information provided by you is not shared with external parties for commercial purposes. You are always entitled to see and correct your personal information. In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (WBP)Rosebonbon has reported the registration of personal data in the Authority for Personal Data. Advertising and consumer protection
If you are not satisfied with Rosebonbon’s products or services, do not hesitate to contact us. Should you have a complaint regarding a delivered article, contact Rosebonbon within 14 days after establishing the fault.

If you place an order with Rosebonbon you can pay the amount owed via MB, Credit card (Visa and Master card), Paypal . Rosebonbon is not responsible for the settlement by these payment providers, in particular Rosebonbon is not responsible for the settlement of personal information by the payment providers.
Rosebonbon reserves the right to carry out an audit after a purchase. Based on the acquired information Rosebonbon can offer an alternative payment method or cancel the order. Correspondence cannot be entered into regarding possible decisions and conclusions. All transactions that take place through rosbeonbon.pt are coded for your safety.

Rosebonbon accepts no liability to you for any damages unless its liability insurance covers the damages and to the extent that the insurer, in such a case, pays out compensation. Except for the cases mentioned above, the liability is limited to the amount of the purchase price of the article. In no case shall the compensation intended in this section amount to more than € 175€. Rosebonbon is never liable for consequential damages.

Force majeure
In a situation of force majeure Rosebonbon’s obligations are suspended. If the period in which the force majeure occurs is longer than two months, Rosbeonbon and you have the right to terminate the agreement without any obligation to pay compensation for damages. Force majeure is involved in the case of strikes, illness among staff, disruptions in transport and import/export bans, whether this with Rosbeonbon or with the Rosebonbon’s suppliers.
